This course is designed for programmers, design engineer, consulting engineers who work with equipment programmed by programmable logic controller (PLC). You will need to have some general knowledge of PLC programming before attending this course. All other seminar material will be provided.

COURSE OUTLINE

• This course covers the system overview of the SIEMENS SIMATIC S7 programmable logic controllers family.
• Hardware configuration and parameterization of S7 PLC and its function.
• Design and creation of STEP 7 block types (FC, FB, OB and DB) and program structuring, programming of parameterizable blocks, programming of organization blocks, and data management with data blocks.
• You will be given hands-on practice to connect and programe the PLC for troubleshooting purpose.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

This course objectives is to equip candidates’ the knowledge and confidence in programming and maintaning of PLC systems. In this course, we will introduce and explain the right way to choose the prefect PLC that suit to your system requirements. Our course provides both theoretical and pratical scenarios to explain the step-by-step programming work.
